About Me

Antoinette Robinson is the Founder and CEO of Paraggello, LLC, where she leads training and executive coaching initiatives that help organizations build stronger, more connected teams and mission‑critical leadership. Paraggello delivers evidence‑based development programs focused on cultural alignment, agile workforce onboarding, leadership excellence, and dynamic team synergy. 

She also founded The Intangible Economy (TIE)—a platform that equips corporate teams with proprietary training, mental fitness, and performance systems grounded in Positive Intelligence® and modern behavioral science.

Her work is shaped by more than a decade of professional development experience, including a long tenure delivering leadership, communication, and coaching programs in corporate environments. That earlier experience with Dale Carnegie & Associates informs her approach, but her current focus is on driving lasting organizational performance through Paraggello’s and TIE’s programs.
